Burrul gi-gi means grow in my peoples language (Yuwalaaraay). I painted the wind blowing in all different directions. Through the plants and land, through the water and through the sky. The wind holds our ancestors that helps blow us the right directions. When we listen to ancestors they give us the knowledge we need to care for country.
Reconciliation means…
Reconciliation is about healing from the damages done in the past. Working on keeping culture alive in the present. Making the future for Aboriginal people bright.
